Grows in a fun, lean environment.Job DescriptionThis is an entry level position with a path to becoming a value stream engineer for 1 of our current manufactured product lines. A value stream engineer will assume the primary engineering qualifications for 1 of our product lines value streams. This will include design of product updates and improvements. It will also include manufacturing engineering support for the value stream team. Additional support will be required for areas such as sales, via application engineering, and accounting with process measurement.The development process begins with a combination of working in the manufacturing facility and engineering to become familiar with our products as a whole. Next will be a more in depth study of a specific value stream.
